The Rookery is a one-acre lake with a variety of fish species, offering depths that range between 4-6 feet on average. Located on the grounds of the former Rookery Pit colliery in Bignall End, this pool features 11 newly installed pegs and continues to be a work in progress as we make ongoing improvements to enhance the fishing experience.

Access/Parking:
Access to the pool is off Bignall End Road, ST7 8LY, just as you come under the A500 there is a public footpath, follow this down to the gate at which point you’ll see sings for the pool.
